FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

GENERAL INFORMATION:

• City of Trees 2017 is a rain or shine event.
• No refunds – ID will be required at the time of will call pickup & upon entering the venue.
• Lineup and set times are subject to change.
• Everyone and everything is subject to search at all entry points.
• Any alcohol consumption will require valid ID and age verification
• No unauthorized selling of any kind
No re-entry will be allowed during this event.

ATMS: There will be ATMs onsite. Some vendors may be cash only.

BAG SEARCH: All bags are subject to search upon entry, and within the venue. Prohibited items should be disposed of in trash or recycle containers, or may be returned to one's vehicle. (See PROHIBITED ITEMS)

COUNTERFEIT TICKETS:  WARNING: All tickets are scanned before entry is allowed. If you purchase a ticket from a re-seller/scalper, we will not honor or credit fake tickets. Official tickets can only be purchased HERE

DISABLED GUEST SERVICES (ADA Seating): Papa Murphy's Park meets all structural and service requirements as stipulated by the Americans with Disabilities Act. Papa Murphy's Park has ADA access in all price levels and if any additional needs are required please check in at the Guest Service Booth located right inside the main entrance.

FIRST AID: The primary RockMed Medical Tent is located inside the venue by the main entrance. Medical professionals, wearing RockMed shirts, will also be roaming the festival grounds to assist in emergencies and other health-related cases. Anything you tell medical staff is confidential. If you are having a medical emergency, ask any security guard or festival staff member for assistance.

LOST AND FOUND: Items found in or around Papa Murphy’s Park during the event should be turned in to the Guest Services Tent located right inside the front gate. All lost and found items will be stored for 30 days. Every effort will be made to return the item to its owner, but if an item has been stored for 30 days and has not been claimed, Entercom Live reserves the right to remit to charity or otherwise disposed of.

Lost and found items can be picked up at the Entercom Live Office during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and until 7:00pm on Thursday. All calls and questions regarding the lost and found should be forwarded to Entercom Live at (916) 334-7777.

LOST CHILDREN: Every child should be told to contact a Papa Murphy’s Park or Entercom Live representative should he or she become lost. A lost child should be taken to the Guest Services Tent located right inside the main entrance. If you become separated from your child, please contact the nearest Papa Murphy Park or Entercom Live representative or go to the Guest Services Tent.

PERSONAL PROPERTY:  Promoters, artists, consultants, vendors and any other party affiliated with Entercom Sacramento, Entercom Live and RADIO 94.7 are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. All patrons are solely responsible for any personal items that are brought into, onto, or around the event.

Driving Directions to Papa Murphy’s Park:

Westbound Highway 50 (from Placerville, Folsom, Fair Oaks, Rancho Cordova, etc.)
• Westbound Highway 50 to Eastbound Interstate 80 toward Reno.
• Exit at 9A to Exposition Blvd.
• When exiting, take the fork to the right for Exposition Blvd.
• Cal Expo and Papa Murphy’s Park will be on your right.

Eastbound Interstate 80 (from San Francisco, Davis, etc.)
• Eastbound Interstate 80 becomes Capital City Freeway (Highway 50) toward South Lake Tahoe.
• Exit at 6B toward Eastbound Interstate 80 toward Reno.
• Exit at 9A to Exposition Blvd.
• When exiting, take the fork to the right for Exposition Blvd.
• Cal Expo and Papa Murphy’s Park will be on your right.

Northbound Interstate 5 (from Stockton, Elk Grove, etc.)
• Northbound Interstate 5 to Eastbound Interstate 80 toward South Lake Tahoe.
• Exit at 6B toward Eastbound Interstate 80 toward Reno.
• Exit at 9A to Exposition Blvd.

Southbound Interstate 5 (from Redding, Marysville, North Natomas, etc.)
• Southbound Interstate 5 to Eastbound Interstate 80
• Exit at 6B toward Eastbound Interstate 80 toward Reno.

From Downtown Sacramento
• Take J Street to 30th Street.
• Merge onto Eastbound Interstate 80 toward Reno.

PROHIBITED ITEMS: In the interest of guest safety and enjoyment, Papa Murphy's Park Management reserves the right to prevent certain items from being brought into Papa Murphy's Park. Items that are not allowed into Papa Murphy's Park include but are not limited to:

• Outside food or beverages (exceptions noted in BEVERAGES, BOTTLES, AND CANS section above)
• Illegal drugs
• Chairs of any kind
• Umbrellas
• Strollers
• Aerosol cans or spray (including sunscreen)
• Stuffed Animals
• Musical Instruments
• Glass bottles or cans
• Ice chests or hard-sided coolers
• Professional recording equipment – photo, video, or audio (if need be, please contact us for request)
• Camera tri-pods
• Sticks or clubs (including signs attached to sticks)
• Fireworks
• Bullhorns or other noisemakers
• Confetti
• Animals (except certified service animals)
• Beach balls or other inflatables
• Bicycles (free bike parking is available on Ballpark Drive)
• Skateboards or roller blades
• Hoverboards
• Water or squirt guns
• Laser pointers
• Weapons of any kind (includes pocket knives, pepper spray, fireworks, etc.)
• Dust and/or Gas Masks
• Selfie Sticks
• Drones
• Flags and/or flagpoles
• Markers, Pens, Spray Paint, Laser Pointers
• Large chains or spiked jewelry
• Large backpacks, large purses, or large bags

• CamelBak-style water bladder system subject to specific conditions**
• Sunscreen (non-aerosol)
• Sealed, unopened packs of cigarettes
• Sealed, unopened tampons
• Medications
• Small / Medium sized blankets
• Small Cloth bags, small soft packs, and small baby bags (subject to search, must fit under seat)
• Non-professional flash/ still cameras/ GoPros
• Binoculars
• Seat cushions

**CamelBak-style water bladder systems are allowed empty into the Event Site, however the water bladders themselves must be capable of being removed from the carrier and must be transparent enough to allow security to visually inspect the empty bladder. CamelBak-style water bladder carriers must have no more than two (2) main compartments and one (1) small compartment – anything larger will not be allowed. Any CamelBak-style water bladder system that has a bladder that cannot be removed from the carrier and/or is opaque enough to prevent visual inspection will not be allowed into the Event Site.

RESTROOMS: Restrooms are available and are located around the venue.

SMOKING POLICY: Papa Murphy's Park is a smoke-free facility and all smoking is prohibited throughout the entire venue.

WEAPONS: For the safety of all guests, weapons of any kind are not permitted in Papa Murphy's Park. The only exception to this is law enforcement personnel in the performance of their official duties. Guests wishing to enter the stadium for an event consent to a reasonable search for weapons before entering. Failure to comply with the above conditions will be denied admittance or may be ejected. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed in such an event.

What are the ticket prices?
• $49.50 — General Admission
• $109.50 — VIP
• Kids Admission (2 years old & under) FREE*
*must be accompanied by an adult

What do I get with a VIP ticket?

Is General Admission seated or standing? All general admission guests will have the option to stand on the floor OR sit in the field stands (first come first serve).

Is VIP seated or standing? All VIP guests will have the option to stand on the floor OR sit in the field stands (first come first serve) in both the General Admission and VIP areas.

Are there any age restrictions? City of Trees is an all age’s event and does not require a minimum age to attend, however we request that no children under 14 come unaccompanied and that no children under 14 are on the floor.

Do children get in for free? Children 2 years and younger do not need a ticket for entry; however, they must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult and will not be reserved a seat. Children two years of age and older must have a ticket.

Are pets allowed? Animals are not permitted with the exception of certified service dogs.
